What is your shipping & delivery policy? Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after you place an order. Customers will be notified if an item is out of stock or inventory is low. We use standard ground shipping and provide tracking number. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Normally goods are delivered within 5 business days depending on the location. 

Is there pickup available? Yes, please contact us to schedule your pickup after you place an order. 

Do you ship overseas? No, we ship within Canada only. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

What is the return policy? There's no return or refund. Please contact us for any damaged product. 

How long will it take to get my orders? It depends on where you are. Orders will be ready within 3 business days and depending on your location it may take 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Request Samples: Please contact us via email if you'd like to receive samples. Samples are limited to 3 pcs per customer.
